As a public authority, the General Registry is committed to openness, transparency and serving the public interest in compliance with the Freedom of Information Law, 2007.
The Freedom of Information Law gives the public a legal right to see or obtain copies of records held by public authorities in the Cayman Islands. The Law’s objectives are to promote accountability and transparency in Government decision-making and public participation.
